How to See Your Schedule

You can see your schedule in both the Quinyx mobile application and Staff Portal.
How to see your schedule in Quinyx mobile app
In the Dashboard, you will find your five nearest upcoming shifts. You can see your whole schedule by selecting Schedule in the menu bar. The Schedule shows different colored dots:
- Black dots =work
- Red dots=leave
- Yellow dots =open shifts
- Green dots= notice of interest
- Blue dots= allocated shifts available
- Stars= open shifts you have applied for
To get more detailed information for a specific day, click on the date.
How to see your schedule in Staff portal
The Dashboard shows your upcoming shifts. To see your whole schedule, click on MySchedule. Your working hours are directly displayed in this view. Here you also see the colored- coded bubbles:
- Yellow bubbles = open shifts
- Green bubbles = Notice of Interest
- Blue bubbles = Allocated shifts available
- Stars= open shifts you have applied for
To get more detailed information you may click on a specific day or do a mouse-over.
