Error Message "Invalid Data" When Registering a New Fingerprint

If you get the error message "Invalid Data" when registering a new fingerprint it is because either the manager or employee badge number is incorrect.

  • Make sure the badge number is correct.
  • If the badge number is correct, make a change in the name of the employee's staff card and save the change, then open the staff card again and then restore it to the original name.
  • Wait 2 minutes and try to register the fingerprint again.
  • If the terminal still gives you the same error message after you have changed the name of the employee, try restarting the terminal.
