Some tips in light of the current COVID-19 (AKA Coronavirus) pandemic

In these uncertain times of COVID-19 (AKA Coronavirus), we have put together a few useful tips to help keep your workforce safe and limit the impact on your business.
3 tips:
- Help track potential covid-19 spread. If you have an employee that has been confirmed as covid-19 positive, we can help you to quickly find out who has worked with that person the last X no. of days. Just reach out to our support team and they will help you straight away.
- Fast information. Qmail has in many cases proven to be more efficient than both email and intranets when it comes to sending important notices. This is due to your staff keeping a track on their schedule using the Quinyx app. If you need to get urgent info to your employees, consider using Qmail.
- Track of your staff's stress-levels. You can use our Pulse feature. Your employees are most likely affected emotionally by COVID-19 even if not infected, so we would recommend using Pulse to send out short and regular surveys to keep track of their status.
