How Do I Decide Which Units My Employee Can Be Scheduled on?

In order for an employee to be able to be scheduled on a unit which is not the employees home unit, you can activate the "Shareable" setting on the employees employee card.
- If you only activate shareable, it will be possible to assign shifts to the employee on any of your units.
- If wish to share the employee to only a certain unit, drag the unit from the right column to the left.
In order to share an employee to another unit, you need to have shared setup activated and Allow staff sharing between units active on the home unit's settings. If you wish to enable shared setup, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
