What Happens if I Change an Agreement After I Create the Shifts?
It is sometimes necessary to replace a current agreement with a new agreement. If an employee already has shifts assigned during the same time period, this will result in the shifts not being connected to any active agreement.
To resolve this, Quinyx will automaticaly look for shifts with no active agreements each night, and if any shifts are located, they will be connected to the current main agreement in order to make sure that a shift always has an active agreement and will generate the proper salary types.
Each night, Quinyx will look 2 months into the past, and 1 month into the future, to locate these shifts.
