Email Adress Is Already in Use

When an email adress is already registered in Quinyx you will receive an error message that this email address is already in use.

When this happens, you can resolve it by following one of the following steps:

  1. Use a different email address
  2. Ask the employee to contact his/her earlier employer to change the email on the existing user account
  3. If the employee has an email account from Google, Yahoo or Hotmail you can  add '+something' to the address to make it unique (e.g. firstname.lastname+example@gmail.com) and the emails will still be delivered to firstname.lastname@gmail.com.
