Clicking AI Optimization will allow you to directly access the Quinyx AI Optimization environment from the Quinyx WFM web portal.
We added this link to make it easier to switch between the environments during the scheduling process whenever Quinyx AI solutions are involved.
How to access the Quinyx AI Optimization environment
The redirect link is located in the drop-down below the manager’s profile picture in the top menu underneath the Switch to staff portal option.
Click AI Optimization option, and our Quinyx AI Optimization environment will open up in a new window allowing you to make any adjustments in the AI Optimization environment as needed.
Once you log in, you'll see the AI Optimization page.
When you click the drop-down on the top-left, you can select the following.
AI Demand Forecasting | The goal of the AI Demand Forecasting module is to create forecasts on a 15, 30, or 60-minute or daily level based on historical data. These forecasts can be used to create a headcount as a basis for scheduling. |
Auto Schedule | The Auto Schedule module automates and optimizes the creation of open shifts within the scheduling process. |
Auto Assign | The Auto Assign module automates and optimizes the assignment of shifts to employees within the scheduling process. The algorithm takes the existing shifts in a schedule, whether they have been created by Auto Schedule, rolled out through Base Schedule, or have been created manually, and assigns any open shifts to employees. |
Task Scheduling | This is not currently used. |
Access rights to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment
The option to redirect to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment is available to all managers with access to the web app.
However, only certain users who have been given access to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment and who are using the Quinyx AI Optimization environment will get signed in while other users without access will only be redirected to the Quinyx AI Optimization login page.
I have access to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment
If you have been given access to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment and you have been provided training in how to use the Quinyx AI Optimization environment after signing in to Quinyx, selecting the redirect link will open up the Quinyx AI Optimization environment in a separate window, and you will automatically be signed in.
If for some reason you have not been automatically logged in, please select Log in with Quinyx account and after signing in refresh the AI Optimization page again.
I do not have access to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment
You do not have access to the Quinyx AI Optimization environment either because you are not using Quinyx AI solutions within your scheduling processes, because you don’t need access to the environment for your AI solutions, or because access to the environment is limited to certain users only then you will be redirected only to the Quinyx AI Optimization log in page.
Using the email and password used for Quinyx will not allow you access.
