Access to the Support Portal for onboarding customers
Are you a customer who is currently in the onboarding phase of your Quinyx journey? Welcome to the Support portal!
When a project starts - customers can have access to their projects directly in the Support Portal:
You can see Project Details, including status, start/end date, currency, project manager comments, etc.
You can see risks and issues and even upload files, relevant to the project.
For a more collaborative approach, you can also view project plans in real-time.
