New day numbering function for the Time Tracker value adjuster "Every holiday day"
A new function for the value adjuster "Every holiday day" has been added so as to be able to control which day number during leave is to influence the Time Tracker value.
In a previous release (v322), an option was added to control whether Saturdays should reduce the Time Tracker value, regardless of whether or not there are any shifts on a Saturday.
In this release, we have added the option of selecting which days are not to reduce the Time Tracker value, regardless of whether or not there are any shifts on a Saturday.
This setting is defined under Time → Agreement templates → Selected template → Time Trackers → Change link to Time Tracker.
This setting can only be accessed by the value adjuster "Every holiday day"
In the example above, the settings are defined so that days numbered 6 and 7 do not increase the Time Tracker value. This means that if a holiday period is set for one week and begins on Wednesday, the value will be adjusted for the first 5 days (Wednesday to Sunday), but not the last 2 (Monday, Tuesday).
If the time off in the example above was for 3 weeks, it would continue to calculate on Wednesday and Sunday (but not Monday, Tuesday) for weeks 2 and 3 as well.
API / Web Service update
- wsdlSendQMail
- isMarkedAsImportant - new parameter (integer, not mandatory) which specifies whether QMail is tagged as important. Full documentation on wsdlSendQMail can be found here (in English).
Bug fixes
- Corrected so that backspace on an external keyboard does not log out Webpunch3 with certain OS and browser combinations
- Correction concerning Agresso integration, where the wrong agreement was selected in some cases
- Corrected error message when news is added/edited
Neo Schedule (beta)
New functions
Handling of leave in a partly locked period or when parts of the leave are transferred to pay
As of this release, managers can make changes to an leave that is in a partly locked period when parts of the leave are transferred to pay. The change can only be made to the part of the leave that is outside the locked period and that is not transferred to pay.
Example
An employee is on parental leave between 1 March and 31 May. The employee comes in and works one weekend in April. All of March has been locked (periods are locked from the Classic interface). The manager can then input shifts for that weekend in April when the employee is to work without needing to change the leave.
Date selector
We have improved the date selector in this release. Select a period in the schedule by going to period → Other, and now you will be able to select the start date and end date in the same date selector.
