New method for additional time up to x hours per day

There is now a possibility to set additional time up to x hours per day, extending the current functionality of nominal hours to be the upper limit for additional time when using the schedule as the basis for the working time quota.

When setting up a new overtime method under Settings → Tables → Overtime methods → edit/create new method and selecting the working time quota “Schedule”, two new settings are made available, “Generate up to” and “Multiply set value by employment rate”.

The left checkbox “Generate up to” enables the number input so that a value which differs from nominal hours can be entered (if it isn't enabled, or if the value is 0, the overtime calculation will function like before). The right checkbox determines whether the calculation should take employment rate into consideration or not.

Multiple functionality updates to leave application notifications

When a leave app is added or updated, depending on the settings in Quinyx, a notification might be sent to relevant managers. Managers are notified by Qmail and the associated Push notification. Whether sending notification is triggered or not depends on the unit setting “Notify manager on leave request”, which can be found under Settings → Units → Edit unit → Messages.

In this release we have updated the functionality so that notifications always are triggered for leave applications which are visible to managers in the dashboard and the mobile app. We have also added functionality so that if the system is (improperly) configured so that no manager receiving a notification, an error message will be shown to the employee when trying to add the leave application.

API / Web Service updates

  • wsdlGetScheduleTasks
    • Possibility to specify multiple schedule IDs in the same request

Bug fixes

  • Corrections to Time Trackers that in some cases were shown differently in time card and Time Tracker list when multiple manual adjustments had been made on the same day
  • Rounding now works the same way for the salary type “minus time” as for other salary types
