Mobile - Why did I get logged out?
In the mobile apps, the standard setting logs you out after 30 days inactivity. If you're logged out sooner than that it can be because the organization you work for has a stricter auto log out setting. In this case, you need to contact your manager or internal IT department to ask them to increase the auto log out setting.
Mobile SSO users
If the company you work for is using single sign on for the Quinyx mobile app, the setting for how long you will stay logged in is set on the identity provider side. In this case you, need to contact your manager or internal Quinyx admin to ask them to increase the refresh token lifetime.
