Q: How far into the future can I see under Coming Events?

A: Everything showing in the Dashboard is for the coming 28 days.

Q: What does the Staffing widget show?

A: The Staffing widget displays data for the current day, week, or month, showing scheduled hours in relation to worked hours through a chart. You can view data grouped by hour (daily view), day of the week (weekly view), or month (monthly view). Hovering over a bar in the chart shows the number of scheduled vs. worked hours for that hour or day.

Q: What happens if there are no upcoming events to display?

A: If there are no upcoming events, the Upcoming Events widget will show an empty state.

Q: How can I filter events in the Upcoming Events widget?

A: You can filter the events you want to see in the Upcoming Events section, and you will be able to see the number of events for each group of events.

Q: How do I set up the sales feed on the dashboard?

A: If you just want to see sales data in Quinyx, an integration must be built to send either historical and/or actual sales. Sales data is uploaded via our open API. To learn more look at the API/web service article. Sales data can also be used to drive an optimum schedule suggested by Quinyx by using our Forecast module. Please reach out to Support or your designated Quinyx contact if you're interested in learning more about Forecast.
