Mobile - Why can't I see my colleagues' shifts?

If you're unable to see your colleagues' shifts, this isn't because of a bug in the mobile app but because of your role configuration in the settings of the organisation you work with. Most likely, this happens because you don’t have a role in the units/sections where the shifts that you you can't see are located.

If you're unable to see a specific unit or section in the filter and don't see certain unassigned shifts this is also most likely because you don't have a role in the units/sections where these shifts are located.

To resolve this, ask your manager to create a role for you in the units/sections in which you want to see your colleagues' schedules and make sure that the shifts are always scheduled in the correct units and sections.
