Quinyx is using a new Engagement operating tool called Intercom. Intercom shows us who is using our product and makes it easy to personally communicate with our users with behavior-driven messages, better onboarding of new users, the introduction of new features, and conversational user support. The first rollout is for Quinyx web users only.
When we rolled out Intercom, we disabled Lighthouse, the widget previously in place. Not to worry though, you will still be able to use Intercom to search for HelpDocs content while you're logged into the Quinyx manager portal!
We will be adding more Intercom functionality in future releases, so stay tuned!
