Adding tasks

You can create new tasks on your shifts as an employee by following the steps below:

  1. Select a desired shift in your schedule.
  2. Select the Add button under the Tasks section.
  3. Select shift type, start, and end time for the task.
  4. Select Save.

Editing tasks

You can edit existing tasks by:

  1. Selecting an existing task.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Make the changes to shift type, start, and end time.
  4. Select Save.

Deleting tasks

You can also delete the task by:

  1. Select the task you want to delete.
  2. Select Delete.

This is governed by access rights and is turned off by default. Since this functionality is disabled by default, it has to be activated under Mobile and staff portal permissions in web.quinyx.com to work.
