Mobile - Why am I unable to see my schedule or unassigned shifts?

If you're unable to see your schedule and scheduled shifts at all, this is probably due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your schedule is not published
  • Your schedule has not been rolled out

In both of these cases, you need to contact your manager or responsible scheduler in the organisation you work for and ask them to publish your schedule and roll out your schedule.

If your schedule is only visible until a specific date, this means that your schedule has only been published until this date.
