The training material found here cover the basics of Quinyx WFM configuration and utilization. There is about 4 hours of video material that's divided into ca 15 training videos.
Structure
All training videos follow the same structure with an introduction to the topic with the following fixed agenda points:
- What is it?
- What’s it used for?
- How to configure it?
The order outlined in the tables below is what we recommend for watching the videos. We have split them up into two sections where one of them focuses on the configurations of Quinyx, and the other focuses on the actual usage of the system.
