Q: How do I configure session duration and auto logout settings in Quinyx?
There are several settings for session duration in Quinyx. In WFM, the auto logout setting can be configured in Unit settings. If not set, the default logout occurs after 60 minutes of inactivity.
Additionally, there is a session duration setting for mobile devices, located under Advanced settings > Global account settings.
When using SSO, the session duration should follow the IDP settings.
