Q1 2025 new functionality and improvements

New design in the mobile apps and new side menu logo option
- What it is: A refreshed design is coming to the Quinyx mobile apps (Android and iOS) in version 3.41, including a dynamic side menu that now adjusts color based on the user's phone mode (light or dark). Admins can now upload separate logos for each mode via new settings in Account settings > Appearance > Navigation Bar.
- Why it's valuable: The side menu now aligns with each user’s system preferences, improving the visual experience. The ability to upload mode-specific logos ensures branding remains consistent and professional across both display types.
- How it helps you: Your logo will display correctly in both light and dark modes, improving app appearance and user recognition. If no logos are provided, the Quinyx default logo will be shown, so uploading your own ensures a branded experience.

Offer shifts to multiple employees
- What it is: Managers can now offer a single shift to multiple employees at once, instead of one at a time.
- Why it's valuable: It significantly speeds up shift coverage and ensures that open shifts are filled faster.
- How it helps you: You spend less time coordinating and can fill critical gaps more efficiently, while employees stay informed in real-time.

- What it is: Managers can now add comments when approving or denying shift swap requests.

PDF export for Advanced Analytics
- What it is: You can now export Advanced Analytics dashboards as PDFs in multiple sizes and printable formats. CSV export is also available as an alternative.
