When adding a question, you have the option to mark which is the correct answer.
There are a couple of settings when using the scoring option for questions. The default allows a user to submit an incorrect answer to the question so their submission will then be given a score e.g. 9/10 – 90%.
You can choose to keep the toggle on to allow users to see their result or toggle it off so leadership only has this view.
