Authorize devices & Log in to QClock

Authorize devices
When the QClock module has been activated, it's time to authorize the devices where you want QClock to run. A device can be a desktop computer, a tablet, or some other device with a web browser.
Add a device
To authorize a new device follow these steps:
- Click on Authorized devices in the QClock menu under Account settings.
- Click on Add device in the top right corner.
- A pop-up will open where you must give the device a name and select what unit the device should be connected to. You can also choose to give the device a description.
- Press Save when you're done.
A new pop-up will appear that shows the unique Client ID and Client secret that you will use to activate QClock on the device.
List of authorized devices
When you navigate to Authorized devices you will see a searchable list of all your authorized devices, what unit they belong to, and the Client ID for each device.
Regenerate credentials
If you, for some reason, don't remember or have access to the Client ID and Secret for a device, you can choose to regenerate new credentials for the device. In order to do that you just click on the regenerate icon under Actions.
Delete credentials
If the device should no longer be used with QClock, you can delete it. Once you do that, the device will be signed out from QClock, and if you want to sign in again you need to generate new credentials by adding the device again. To delete the device just click on the delete icon under Actions and confirm that you want to delete it.
Log in to QClock
When a device has been authorized, it's possible to log in to QClock on that device.
Log in
Navigate to qclock.quinyx.com
- Enter the Client ID for the device
- Enter the Client Secret for the device
- Select what region you are in
- Select Log in.
QClock is now ready to be used!
