Bank Holidays are set either on the unit or on the employee's agreement templates depending on whether all employees have the same settings for bank holidays or not.
To set a date as a bank holiday at the global, unit level, go to Settings, choose UT/Overtime/Bank holidays, and then select the "Bank holidays" tab. You can either add the bank holidays or import holidays through the CSV file .
The reason why the bank holidays are not set by default is because all customers do not work with bank holidays. For this reason, we have chosen that every customer is responsible for setting up their own bank holidays.
