Logs
This article relates to Classic.
For historic traceability, there are different logs that track different additions/changes and deleted records.
Schedule Log
- The Schedule "Logs" tab is under the menu Schedule
- Changes are tracked that relate to the schedule.
- You can search for specific entries by selecting the update date or Shift date, date range, specific change and/or employee.
Time Log
- The Time "Logs" tab is under the menu Schedule
- Changes are tracked here that relate to the time module.
- For example, changed punches, approved timestamps, who has approved salary types that require approval, etc.
- You can search for specific entries by selecting the update date or Shift date, date range, specific changes and/or employee.
Settings Log
- The Settings "Logs" tab is under the Settings menu
- Changes are tracked here that relate to settings. For example concerning agreements, acces rights and staff.
- You can filter by object, type of actions and date interval.
