This article relates to Classic.

For historic traceability, there are different logs that track different additions/changes and deleted records.

Schedule Log

  • The Schedule "Logs" tab is under the menu Schedule
  • Changes are tracked that relate to the schedule.
  • You can search for specific entries by selecting the update date or Shift date, date range, specific change and/or employee.

Time Log

  • The Time "Logs" tab is under the menu Schedule
  • Changes are tracked here that relate to the time module.
  • For example, changed punches, approved timestamps, who has approved salary types that require approval, etc. 
  • You can search for specific entries by selecting the update date or Shift date, date range, specific changes and/or employee.

Settings Log

  • The Settings "Logs" tab is under the Settings menu
  • Changes are tracked here that relate to settings. For example concerning agreements, acces rights and staff.
  • You can filter by object, type of actions and date interval.
