The Quinyx payroll process is designed to ensure that all employee hours are accurately attested, verified, and securely transferred for payroll execution. The flowchart below provides a step-by-step visual guide to help you move from timecard validation to final payroll file creation and review. Whether you're performing a preliminary check or finalizing payroll data, following this process ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration with your payroll system.

  1. The preliminary file allows you to do a "dry run" of your payroll file to ensure no issues arise once the file reaches your payroll system. 
  2. The payroll file definitively runs payroll for the selected groups and employees.
  3. You can run a salary details report from the Time view which is an Excel report.
  4. You can revert any transferred payroll item, by ticking the employee of your choice who has at least one payroll item.
