- Q: For a store to be active, does it mean that at least 1 employee from the store has to log in/do some activity during the selected period?
- Q: What does the Distribution count in the engagement report mean? Is this basically which audiences (e.g. 8 stores) the story has been distributed to?
- Q: Engagement reports has some rows with empty information - Why is this? Could it be a removed story?

Q: How often is the data on Domo refreshed?
A: Every morning on or around 09:50 UTC and runs for up to 40 mins.
Q: What counts as an activity on a period (in the User Activity-report)? For example, does this mean logging in to Employee Hub counts as activity, or does the employee need to do something, like read a story or open a task, e.g. like an actual activity?
A: Logins are not logged as an event, so any activity from our list of events on any one day is considered activity for that day.
Q: For a store to be active, does it mean that at least 1 employee from the store has to log in/do some activity during the selected period?
A: Yes, at least 1 employee from a store needs to have been active on a given day.
Q: What does the Distribution count in the engagement report mean? Is this basically which audiences (e.g. 8 stores) the story has been distributed to?
A: Yes the distribution count is distributed to an amount of users (not stores) and you can filter on low distributions or higher distributions
Q: Engagement reports has some rows with empty information - Why is this? Could it be a removed story?
A: This likely due to distributions having been set up but not sent. There is no data that represents zero distribution. In these case we cannot generate a percentage.
Q: When you archive a story, does it still show up in the engagement metrics?
A: Yes, in the engagement metrics, stories include archived stories.
