Audit logs - Rule set
Quinyx helps you maintain control and transparency over your schedule compliance configuration by logging all changes made to rule sets. Using audit logs, you can easily see when a rule set was created, updated, or deleted—along with who made the change and what exactly changed.
What is a rule set?
A rule set in Quinyx is a collection of compliance rules that apply to one or more scheduling units or agreements. These may include rules like:
- Maximum hours per day
- Minimum rest between shifts
- Required breaks
Changes to these sets can have a big impact on how compliance is enforced, so tracking them is key.
Why monitor rule set changes?
Keeping a clear history of changes to rule sets allows you to:
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Audit configurations for internal reviews or legal requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues when schedules behave differently than expected.
