Issues with redirecting to the mobile app

Sometimes users can have problems with the redirect to our mobile app for several different reasons. If you have issues with not getting redirected, you can see possible reasons and solutions below:

You may be having problems with the link from email that is not redirecting you to the mobile application. This may be due to several reasons and a few we will outline here.

You have to open the link on the device you are trying to log in on.

iOS:

When you open the link, please make sure you press Open on the pop-up that appears.

Android:

When you open the link, please make sure you press Continue on the pop-up that appears.

There may be a setting that is turned off that is blocking you from seeing the pop-up

To solve this, go to Settings > Apps > App Management > Quinyx > Open by Default

Make sure option Open supported links is turned on.

Edge browser

You should see a pop-up after opening a link:

Click on Open external app and then click Open.

In the Edge Browser settings, there may be a setting preventing you from redirecting

Go into the Edge browser to Three Line Menu > Settings > Site Settings > Block Opening External Apps > OFF
