In this article, you’ll learn how to send a message using the messenger functionality. We’ll walk you through each step, from creating your message to selecting a recipient and sending it. This makes sure your message is accurate, easy to understand, and sent to the right person.

Start a chat

You can start a new conversation and send a message using the messenger functionality by following the steps below:

  1. Select the plus icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select new chat.
  3. Select a person you want to send a message to.
  4. Send a message using the Type a Message column at the bottom.

Send a message to an existing chat

You can do this by simply selecting an existing conversation and sending a message.
