Starting 1 April 2026, a significant update to the collective agreement (Kollektivavtal) for the Swedish retail and warehouse sectors goes into effect. Negotiated between Handels and Svensk Handel, these changes are designed to increase predictability for workers and reduce the "misuse" of part-time contracts.
